Byplay Previs Mobile App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS mobile application Byplay Previs provided by Byplay LLC ("Byplay," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using Byplay Previs, you agree to the practices described below.
1. No Personal Data Collection or Transmission
 Byplay does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data from users through the Byplay Previs mobile app. All data accessed by the app remains on your device.
2. Device Permissions and Local Access
 Byplay Previs may request permission to access the following device features:

• Camera: for mixed-reality and AR functionality

• Microphone: for audio recording or voice input during AR sessions

• Location (approximate): to enhance real-world alignment and spatial tracking

• Photos and Media Library: for saving or loading user content within the app

• User Input: such as notes, scene metadata, or configuration settings entered manually

All such access is used solely for providing app functionality. Byplay does not upload, share, or track this data.
3. Crash Reports and Diagnostics
 We do not collect crash reports directly. However, Apple may collect anonymized diagnostic data as part of iOS’s system-level behavior. You can control this in your iOS device settings.
4. Data Sharing
 Since we do not collect or store personal data, no data is shared with third parties.
5. Children’s Privacy
 Byplay Previs is intended for professional or enterprise use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
6. Changes to This Policy
 We may update this Privacy Policy if our data practices change. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
